Blokk Akademy Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN 81-4729243) based at 4320 Marine Ave, Ste 503, Lawndale, CA 90260. In this policy, "we," "us," and "Blokk Akademy" refer to this organization. If you have any questions, email us at hello@blokkakademy.org.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, or that's needed to run our programs and this website:

• Contact form. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email, and any optional details you provide — phone, city, organization, your areas of interest, your role, and your message.
• Donations. Donations are processed by Zeffy, our third-party payment provider. Payment and billing details are entered on Zeffy's secure form — we never see or store your card or bank information. We do receive donor details Zeffy shares with us, such as name, email, and gift amount, for receipts and acknowledgments.
• Workplace giving. If you give through Benevity via your employer, that transaction is handled entirely within Benevity's platform under its own privacy terms.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our host may log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use your information

• To respond to your messages and inquiries.
• To process donations and send receipts and acknowledgments.
• To share program updates or news — only if you've asked to hear from us.
• To run, protect, and improve our programs and this website.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Ever.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:

• Zeffy — donation processing.
• Benevity — workplace giving, where applicable.
• Netlify — website hosting and secure delivery of our contact form submissions.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our community.

Children's privacy

Our programs serve youth and families, but this website is directed to adults — parents, caregivers, donors, and partners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. For program enrollment, information about a child is provided by a parent or guardian directly to our staff, and is used only to deliver services. If you believe a child has submitted information here, contact us and we'll remove it.

How we protect your information

We use reputable providers with industry-standard security, and we limit access to personal information to people who need it to do their work. Payment data is handled by Zeffy on encrypted, PCI-compliant systems. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard what you share.

Your choices

• You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.
• You can opt out of any updates we send at any time.
• You can decline to provide optional information, though it may limit how we can help.
